By accessing PerkBabe ("The Service"), you enter into a binding agreement with PerkBabe Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, or if you lack the discernment to abide by our community standards, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility & Tiers
Access to specific vouchers is governed by your Membership Tier (Guest, Platinum, Black). We reserve the right to verify your identity and spending history before granting access to higher tiers.
Platinum Status: Granted to members who have successfully redeemed 5+ verified offers.
Black Status: Invitation-only. Reserved for high-net-worth individuals and industry partners.
3. Code of Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling, trading, or bartering acquired codes.
- Using automated scripts (bots) to scrape offers.
- Attempting to bypass tier restrictions.
Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban from The Service and our partner network.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we verify every offer, PerkBabe acts solely as a concierge. We are not responsible for the refusal of any third-party seller to honor a specific voucher due to changing store policies or stock limitations.
The Service is provided "AS IS". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of third-party content.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
